The location is very good ( 10 min walk on the plane field to the Sbrereno beach, near a mall with supermarket for grooceries and bus station in front of the building). In the center of the village, above the Post office. I 've appreciated how important is in Croatia to be in a plane field, not with stairs (I've tested in the past and I don't like it with small children).
The studio is spacious for 4 persons, with a nice terrace, kitchen with all that you need to cook, 2 fridges, AC.
All in all we liked it.
There is no wi-fi ( we managed without). The kids looked at cartoons in croatian on tv (something new).
The address on the voucher was wrong, it took us 200 m near the location, we entered a private house and wait 2 hours in the early morning (7 am) on their property. They were nice and let us stay in their garden to wait for the keys(luckely their son knew english and we could communicate and explain the situation).
The above did not affect us our stay, so I did not reduce the rate.
