The approach to this property is a steep mountain road. We do experience seasonal inclement weather in this region. All-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and/or snow tire chains would be required in winter weather events. There is so much to do around this vacation home all year-round. A Backdrop Dream is located minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway making it a perfect location for exploring the Smoky Mountains. Enjoy a day of shopping the local boutiques and craft shops or dining at the local cuisine in historic downtown Waynesville less than 15 minutes away. The Museum of the Cherokee Indian is about 30 minutes away. While in Cherokee try your hand at Harrah’s Casino.
