My two adult sons and their girlfriends stayed with me at this property for the week. My friend and her son stayed for a few days and my son's girlfriend's sisters joined us a copule of days as well. So we had different groups of people at different times. We were no more than 8 people in the house at once and it was extremely comfortable for us. We each had privacy and various living spaces for those that need to work, those who like TV, those who want to read and those who like to cook. The dining room allowed for great family meals. The garage, the beach chairs and bikes were a big plus for us. Yarmouthport is a great central location to Dennis, Hyannis, Harwichport and Chatham. The Big Book with recommendations and directions for the house was a great resource. The recommended beaches and restaurants were spot on! Great memories were made! Thank you
