No loud music anytime and NO MUSIC outside after10pm. MAIN FLOOR The main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, powder room and deck. Home chefs will enjoy a spacious kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry, granite countertops and small breakfast nook. Kitchen is equipped with full suite of stainless-steel appliances including a double-door fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher as well as a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, etc. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with a modern table and seating for 8. The living room area has modern furniture with a flat screen tv. The living area extends outside to the private deck complete with a table, casual seating and patio heater. Both living areas have a Bluetooth enabled built-in surround sound system. The first living area has a flat-screen TV and seating for 6 on a sectional sofa. The sectional also sleeps two on its pull-out bed. The second living area also has a flat-screen TV with a sleeper sofa. Adjacent to this area is a full-size wet bar with 6 bar stools. Property is equipped with external motion sensors and security cameras in the front and back of the home. The cameras in the back of the home will be switched off during your stay. No pets are allowed. You can schedule additional cleaning services during the week for an additional cleaning fee. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend). As is customary with vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. These fees include $325 cleaning fee. In addition, there are MA state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length. We will reply to all booking inquires within 24hrs.
