Location and accessibility to the beach. Parking made the experience easy. The daily towel swap versus a full cleaning of the unit was nice. The unit had plenty of space.
There is not a restaurant inside that has good food, breakfast, or dining options. The gym is not open early morning or later in the evening.

The location is great, right on the beach and complementary beach chairs and umbrellas are very handy. The suites are spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed.
The receptionist was noticeably dismissive and unhelpful. Her demeanor suggested that she was reluctant to answer questions, and her responses came across as terse and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this made the check-in experience feel quite unwelcoming.

Location & staff
The frying pans handles were loose . The stove was not leveled. I fixed the stove problem. There was a live roach in guest bathroom. The a/c filter was dirty.
