Amazing hotel. Great location overlooking the beach. A lot of the rooms overlook the beach and the sunsets in the evening from the rooms are amazing. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite on arrival which was superb - so much space for our family and two full bathrooms.
We had breakfast included with our room - there was so much choice and all of us found something that we liked.
Loved the wrist band door keys - so convenient and wish that all hotels used these.
Nothing - this hotel was amazing.
Only thing that I thought could be better was that the sunbed discount only applied to one set on the beach but as a family of 5 we needed to get two sets and had to pay full price for the second one.

EVERYTHING. HOTEL LOCATION ON THIS BEAUTIFUL BEACH IS AWESOME. BEACH CHAIRS/SHADE GET A 50% DISCOUNT FOR HYATT REGENCY GUESTS- A NICE ADDED VALUE.
HOTE ITSELF IS WONDERFUL, RESTAURANT FOOD AND AMBIANCE THE BEST.
ALL WAS GREAT, HOTEL IS LOCATED ON THE BEACH.

Location is good, staff is friendly.
Tiny room for the high price. I upgraded to a room with a kitchenette and it made the room feel like a cheap studio apartment. The fridge was in the hallway. It was very disappointing for $600/night!! The carpet was disgusting. It felt wet. No door to the room with the toilet is weird. Why put the toilet in its own room without a door?
Bed was comfortable but the sheets were stiff like paper and the pillows were horrible. The gym is small and it's right next to the spa. A staff member came in and told my husband to not drop his weights as it's too loud for the spa patrons. Trust me, he wasn't dropping the weights at all but the walls are really thin which is another design flaw. Who has the gym share a wall with the spa where people are getting massages? We rented a cabana one day which was also disappointing. The cabanas are more like covered, completely shaded lanais. They get no sun and you're not permitted to pull the chairs out at all into the sun as it blocks the walkway. So we paid for a cabana but laid out on chairs that were 100 feet away from it. That was a big fail for us. What you're essentially paying for is a mini room with a toilet, sink, small fridge, and a small inside sitting area. Wait staff was nice. We would not stay there again.
