My stay at the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The valet parking staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The front desk team made us feel welcome and ensured everything went smoothly throughout our stay.
I was especially impressed with the lady who helped us with information about local excursions. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The beach staff and workers were equally amazing—everyone was courteous, attentive, and eager to help.
What stood out most was how polite and friendly every employee was. No matter where we went on the property, we were greeted with a smile and treated with excellent customer service. The entire team helped make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach and look forward to staying there again.

My husband and I have been celebrating our anniversary in Clearwater for the past three years, staying at different hotels each time. This year, we decided to stay at the JW Marriott, and OMG… it was AMAZING! ❤️🥂
From the moment we pulled up to valet parking, to checking in and seeing our room, we loved everything about our stay. The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. We truly felt at home!
We ate breakfast in the dining area every morning and requested the same server, Mrs. Bethzaida. She was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our conversations with her and getting to know her. On our last day, Bethzaida was off, so Melina took care of us, and she was also amazing.
The beach and pool staff were great as well. James at the beach and Amelia at the pool were both so attentive. They kept the drinks coming and made sure we had plenty of water to stay hydrated. 😊🍹
We also tried jet skiing for the first time and had an absolute BLAST! 🌊🚤 And my husband surprised me with a spa treatment, and OMG… the person who took care of me was AMAZING! She was so professional, and the experience was everything I needed. The front desk staff was also wonderful.
I’m writing this review while I’m at work, so unfortunately I don’t have everyone’s names with me. 😔 But please know that every single person we encountered made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and provided an amazing experience from beginning to end.
