The breakfast was wonderful, enough variety and we especially liked the seasonal juice! Can’t beat the view sitting at the breakfast tables. Likes that the breakfast hours were 7-11.
We really enjoyed our breakfast mornings. The staff was attentive and welcoming. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Small size, intimate. Staff incredibly attentive staff. Really took care of us and went beyond the call.
There are allot of boats that came to North Beach and people walk through the beach going to the near beach

Great location, breakfast was delicious, the Oceans restaurant on the property has great drinks and a good food selection right on the beach. Cute boutique hotel design but not so small that it doesn’t have what you need in a nice hotel. Strongly recommend.

The room was very well appointed and the hotel is in the best location on the island right on the beach.
On the whole the staff were ok but Sunny way surpassed everyone else with his attention to detail
Unfortunately, quite a bit. This was our fifth hotel we stayed in whilst touring the Yucatan Peninsula (so we had a point of comparison) and was very disappointing. We had no hot water for 3 out of the 4 showers we took. We were told the beach sun beds were for the exclusive use of the hotel guests but they were being hawked out to people on the beach for 500 pesos per day. The beach bar served great food but closed at 7.30pm and there is nowhere else within the hotel to eat dinner. We hadn’t realised this so arrived at 7.25 to eat dinner and were gruffly told to order quickly as the kitchen was about to close. Everyday from 2-7pm the beach club immediately next door pumped out loud music so there was no snoozing on the beach to be had and we heard it very clearly in our room too.
I would rate this a three star hotel and should not command the amount we paid for a 3 night stay :-(
