Very clean place, good location.
This is not a B&B. It's a room in a city apartment diverted for short term rentals. There is no staff at the location and the keys were a bit of a hassle. Several phone calls required because the electronic key did not work (doesn't seem to be an exception, I noted the same complaint later also in other reviews). The host asks you to communicate not via booking.com but via Whatsapp, which I don't use. Then he asks you to send email with your passport, which is 100% insecure.
If I had searched a short term rental room this would have been fine. But I didn't and I consider this deceptive marketing, social greenwashing.
