The location is perfect, walking distance to the old town and not too busy during the night.
There’s no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, plus the window blinds have gaps so the lights can get in the room in the night.

Gül, the young woman who gave us the keys at the nearby coffeshop, was extremly helpful and nice. For our late departure at 10pm, she accepted to store our luggages in the coffeshop and to comme back after her day work to reopen the place for us.
The apartment comes with a private free boat for the nearby beach of Limanagzi.
The apartment is very spacious, clean, with a balcony where to watch the sunset
It's close and conveniently located near the bus station
First impression was mitigated, because there are auto repair shop on the way to the building and a parking lot on the other side, so the immediate surrounding is not so nice, but that's quickly forgotten : appartement is nice and close from everything

The location and price were the main points. The pool was nice too.

Host was really nice, house was modern.
Lacks all the essentials… no extra toilet paper, sponge to wash the dishes, pans to cook.. upstairs windows don’t have any blackouts and we would wake up really early. No noise buffering, we would wake up at 5 with the praying
