The check-in receptionist was incredibly customer-service oriented and very friendly, while also supportive and professional. The valet attendant was also very friendly, professional and helpful.
Access for check-in if unloading a car is very difficult. Valet parking is excessively expensive!

location was good. Staff was all great. Breakfast was good- lots of variety. Very clean.
Air conditioner was difficult to get just right.. too hot then too cold. loud during the night- waking me up shutting off and on.

Great location, walking distance to Union Station
I had noisy neighbors in the adjoining room. Fortunately, the staff was able to have them turn the music down

Staff was great.
Breakfast was disappointing—
Pancake maker for breakfast was out of service. And no cinnamon rolls as advertised.
Sofa mattress was extremely uncomfortable—just springs.
