The apartment is located in a residential area that is very quiet and beautiful. The entire apartment, as well as the terrace, are tastefully decorated and feature high-quality materials. The living room and kitchen are very spacious, and the apartment gets plenty of natural light. The bathroom, though small, is functional and includes a washing machine. There’s a forest 300 meters away where, on days when the weather isn’t suitable for the beach, you can take a pleasant walk. The bus stop is relatively close (450 m), with buses running every 20 minutes. The bus ride to the nearest beach takes 10 minutes, and to the city center, about 15 minutes. The host is very kind, friendly, and discreet. I enjoyed the little conversations we had, from which I gained very useful insights into daily life in this country.

Un bel appuntamento, spazioso, ristrutturato con gusto e di qualità. Aveva tutto il necessario. Non troppo distante dal mare , né dal centro. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Parlava inglese.
Purtroppo parcheggio auto che dice di essere disponibile, non esiste. C’è un parcheggio che pubblico, però i posti sono già pochi per quanti residenti ci sono nel quartiere. Quindi, più di una volta abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare male e bloccare la macchina del proprietario, soprattutto la sera.

Tout était comme précisé dans le descriptif du logement : bien équipé, bien propre, le proprio est très aimable et à notre disposition si nécessaire. Endroit isolé donc au calme 😊
Manque places de parking… à se partager avec les habitants du voisinage … mais on se débrouille 😊
