Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff, the food, and the service from the moment we walked into the hotel were all exceptional. Even the room service was perfect.
Not a single day or moment disappointed us. The place is incredibly clean, and there’s so much care and attention given to the guests, from the smallest details to every single member of the hotel staff.
Honestly, it’s the perfect place for peace of mind, relaxation, and having a great time. We genuinely enjoyed every single moment of our stay.
If I could give this hotel a rating higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! ❤️

Pool, beach, Staff, quality and variation of food most days

The load of working hours for staff I think they need extra resting hours specially on bars and beach

* friendly, kind and witty staff
* except the issue with the safe, they are well organised
* food at the asian restaurant was excellent (you have to reserve a table if you wanna eat at a restaurant instead of having the buffet)
* every dessert with chocolate
* cheese
* main dishes and their variety
* infrastructure within the resort
* seize of the pools
* enough sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach
* chilling with a sheisha at the beach under the stars
* seize of the room and the balcony
* getting water bottles every day
* amphitheatre (there is a show each night)
* snorkeling tour with the dive club
* the safe had an issue. To get it fixed, we had to be in the room. We waited 45min. Firstly it looked like it is working. When realising the safe won't open, we had to wait again for ish 45min.
* dessert which was colorful (but it may have not been to our liking only)

I liked The stuff .. the size of the room and the view was awesome.
Didn't like the food was repeated..the honey moon cake and breakfast was very bad, the jacuzzi was very bad to fill and drain
