The hotel was great! The stuff was kind and helpful. The building itself and the rooms were super clean. It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a nice vacation. You can chill by the pool as there is a sort of different beverage drinks. Definitely recommend!

They took out the trash every day and changed the towels regularly. We reported the noise coming from the pool, and the staff did speak to the people causing it. The receptionists were helpful, but despite their efforts, we would not choose to stay here again.
The room was located on the ground floor, right next to the pool. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst possible location. Breakfast is served in that area, so from as early as 7:00 AM it becomes very noisy. However, the bigger issue was at night – even until 5:00 AM, people were gathering around the pool, laughing, shouting, and partying, making it impossible to rest, even with earplugs.
There were no mosquito nets, which would have been essential given the large number of mosquitoes. One day when we returned from the beach, we found a large dirty stain on the bed sheet, which was very unpleasant. On that same day, the shower wasn’t working properly, and it took quite some time before we managed to get it running again.
The bathroom, and especially the shower, was very small and uncomfortable, and there was also a nasty smell coming from the drain. Another big issue was the toilet – every time it was flushed, it made a loud screeching noise, which could be heard even at night whenever someone used it.
