Visit Bridgnorth, an historic town split in two but connected via a unique Victorian cliff railway. Madeley, 1 mile, boasts listed buildings galore, the grandest being Madeley Court. Newport offers a plethora of independent shops and eateries, whilst Telford has an indoor shopping area with over 150 shops and cafés. Wellington, hosting one of the oldest markets, is also worth a visit, and Wrekin Hill is a comfortable walk away. The first thing that jumps out is the location - a few yards from the famous Iron Bridge. The apartment is roomy and ideal for two people; the kitchen is well equipped for any cooking task. Charlie is a consummate host and on hand to answer any queries. We have stayed there many times and will return again soon.
