Very welcoming people at the reception. All was good. We needed a dog bed and a dog bowl that was provided straight away. Great location - right next to the U-Bahn stop.
The room is on a smaller size. But other than that all was good

Little to no variation to the breakfast (3 nights stay) but everything was fresh and tasty. I just had bigger expectations for a €20 breakfast.

Modern, simple, clean, cool design, startup-like flair. Great location in walkable distance to everything in Feuerbach.
The property is highly cost-optimized everywhere. No wardrobe in the room, no desk or chair, no amenities, no coffee/tea, tiny room & bathroom, minimal hospitality & service, minimal yet expensive breakfast (18€ oncost is far above value). The experience is "budget hotel" throughout, the price is not. Street parking is 4€ per day, the hotel charges 15€.
