Superb

I like the location of the place which is next to the ocean.

The flight of stairs I had to take to get to the unit. It will be better to have a lift system for the luggage. And unit is not central air condition so, the room gets warm during the day.

Exceptional

The ocean view , sounds of the waves, the welcome basket, the kitchen everything!

The noise from traffic , and the walk up three flight of stairs, got used to it good exercise THANK YOU SO MUCH 💓

Overall very nice. Nice view from balcony and across the street.

Nice view. No neighbors on either side.

Many vehicles on street love to drive with music full blast. On Sundays Church across the street has loud music starting at 7:30am and creates long lines of traffic in front of unit.

I had to buy another room.

refused to give me the address and only texted me the room number on check out day. I had to pay for a whole other hotel

We liked the pool and the ocean. The condo unit made the stay pretty unsatisfactory. I would not go back.

Samantha at the front desk was so my nice and very helpful! The beach is beautiful and rugged!

It looks a little run down. Our particular unit was in major disrepair and not really fit to rent out to anybody…it was super disappointing.

It is a great place to come with a family.

The balcony overlooking the ocean. We didn’t know the couch pulled out to make a comfortable bed. That was a bonus. We all got our own bed, however the bed was really difficult to fold back into the couch. We didn’t have young children with us, but I thought it was a great place for children, with the little beach for them to enjoy. The stop for the free, open air, trolly bus was right in front.

We had a problem getting on the WiFi and when I went down to the office to ask what to do, the person at the window wanted to argue about it and said it was working. I insisted that it was not. Finally, she called someone. HE was great. Arrived at the unit before I even got up there. Sure enough, it was not working. He had to reset everything and create a new code for access. They needed to work on the ceiling of the garage. That made the parking really difficult. First they closed the whole garage, blocking off the entrance. I suggested that they just close the half where the work needed to be done, and allow entering AND exiting from the entrance. The response was that they had to close the whole thing. I asked where to park. Response was “at the property across the street”. I am disabled and would not be able to carry my things back and forth from over there. I did find a space in front, where the garbage bins are. I saw later that they had done what I suggested (blocking off half and allowing the entrance to be open for exiting as well). I don’t know why there was no notification system in place to alert people about the parking situation. At least a notice posted by the elevator, or something. They may have tried to call on the phone in the unit. It was unplugged when we check in and never plugged it in ourselves. The sink in the master bathroom is draining very slowly. I meant to leave a note, but didn’t.

Great value for the price.

Cute space with ocean view. Lots of extras in the unit like beach towels and a snorkel set. Full kitchen had all the thing you’d need to cook.

Pillows were flat and very uncomfortable. Unit was hard to find at first as it’s in the building across from the main Kona Bali Kai building.

Loved being able to cook meals and sleep our family of five so close to the beach.

Beautiful location. Listening to the waves crash on the volcanic rocks outside our sliding glass windows each night was one of my favorite parts of our trip. The kids loved the swimming pool as well as the beach.

This rental has so much potential; however, the office staff was rude on multiple occasions. It took us two days to get enough towels. Moreover, I had to go to the store for cleaning supplies, laundry soap and paper towels. A little more graciousness and generosity would have gone a long ways.
