Very comfortable place which was also very functional with lots of well thought out added touches in the rooms and shared spaces including the kitchen.

The house is really beautiful, the bed was comfy and everything was made for the guests to feel welcome and comfortable: there was sunscreen, body lotion, aloe Vera, q-tips, foam ear plugs, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom which was so lovely. I would absolutely come back if I had the opportunity.
The only think I can think would maybe be the fact that the air conditioning wasn’t the most efficient. Traveling during a hotter period would maybe be a bit uncomfortable in that sense. Just something to be aware if you’re very sensitive to heat.

View, pool, equipment and shared spaces with nice view - has a lot of equipment for the beach that’s very good.

Location is central but far from Tourist spots, no walking distance to anything, around property is quiet with nature and ocean views.
The property manager knew how hot the temperature gets at this location and when asked about air conditioning she explicitly ensure that there no Air conditioning because the existing fans would do the job, to our surprise and the complaints from other guests the heat was unbearable and very uncomfortable.
Also the cost was too high for one room when it is sharing bathroom and common areas like kitchen and living room.
I think it is over priced and reviews are over glossed, I trusted those reviews and made a mistake choosing this place.
There is a family living on property and it feels uncomfortable to walk through the middle of a living room to access the renter room specially when the permanent residents are having family time and one has to come in as it feels awkward and intrusive.
I felt misled that the advertised space was private specially when cost per night was the same an other entire condos in the area.
