The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was really good, the facilities were amazing. The pool was perfect for kids, lots of things to do for kids, the gym was also very well equipped. There is something to do for the big and the small.
The beds were not very comfortable.

Very good family atmosphere - pretty much everyone there was there with a family, we felt like we belonged.
The pool was great, very good entrance, anti-slippery everything, small pool for kids.
Children's playground park was THE SINGLE BEST THING I'VE SEEN IN THE HOTELS SO FAR, and the fact that right next to it behind a thick soundproof (?) glass was a "cinema" for parents was a game-changer.
The location was a tiny bit inconvenient, but nothing terrible.
And the reception was almost always empty and I had to wait for many many minutes for someone to come. There was a phone number we could probably call for them to come asap, but me not being a very "phony" type, I felt anxious calling anyone :D

Very nice view, good location, nice breakfast, nice staff, clean and good looking facillities.
The bed mattress is too hard and no air conditioner.

Nice surroundings, playpark, various breakfasts
Small rooms hard to get clothes dry when get soaked after hiking in rain, stuff nice but speak only polish..
