There are 6 houses - all 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, and sleep 10 with linens & towels INCLUDED! Units can be booked together or separate!!! Step out onto the balcony with your morning coffee to check out the sunrise while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Just steps from the sand & surf! When you are ready to rest, the updated condos decorated in lively beach hues make the perfect retreat. With TVs in each bedroom and the living area, everyone should have a place to relax with their favorite shows or break out the cards and family games. Large group? No problem! The units are separated by (insulated, fire-rated, double, heavy-gauge steel) doors so can be combined if multiple adjoining units are needed! Description for EACH unit is as follows: Bdrm 1 ~ King-sized bed, a pull out sofa, and a master bath with tub/shower combo Bdrm 2 ~ Queen sized bed and bath with walk-in shower Built-in Twin-sized bunks in "hallway" to Bdrm 2 Additional sleeper sofa in living room Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters & stainless steel appliances Stackable washer/dryer Linens & towels included Contactless check-in/out Outside ~ Adirondack chairs on the upper deck with stunning Gulf views. Charcoal grill and picnic table downstairs Private, covered parking Other things to note ~ Golf cart is an available add-on $125/night or $175 for 1-day. Liability waiver required. Dogs are welcome, with restrictions. Please no more than 2. Cats NOT permitted. There will be a pet fee of $125. Everything was great. Only one thing- Not really enough bath towels and the quality of towels could be better. We really enjoyed everything and all had a wonderful time. We booked 4 cottages together. It was perfect and we will definitely be back. Plenty of room and clean. Perfect location. East check in and out. We had no issues.

This is the second time we have visited Salty Suites, and again, we were not disappointed. I cannot recommend this property enough. Super clean, great views, and extremely comfortable. We had an issue with the upstairs televisions, contacted management, and they had someone on the property to fix it within 30 minutes. We can't wait to go back!

This was our first booking and Crystal Beach and we couldn’t be more thrilled that we got to experience Salty Suites. The price for the location is great and the suite itself was beyond our expectations!! It was clean and organized. Our host Jess was excellent in communicating with us. She was timely and very thorough. One of the blinds in the living room could us a replacement though. We paid for the view and we wanted all blinds up. Buy with it broken we had to improvise to keep it up. No big deal …just thought I would share. Thank you Salty Suites for giving an awesome, first time experience with rental. We will definitely be back again!

Our family of two couples, really enjoyed our stay. I think one of the best parts of the home is both bedrooms have a bathroom ensuite. Thats amazing for privacy! The ability to walk to the beach w/o driving was our main motivation for this site and it did not disappoint. We also added the golf cart rental, and that was a fairly easy process. I would definitely recommend this location for future travel.

Wonderful stay at Cottage #5. Beautiful townhouse. We loved sitting on the deck and just listening to the waves rolling in. Lots of steps from ground to front door. And then more up to bedrooms. Not an issue for us just putting it out there in case someone needs to know.

We had the best time at this condo! The condo looks exactly like the pictures! Great location on the beach and very convenient to the restaurants we wanted to go to and the grocery store. We did opt to rent the golf cart and we all enjoyed having that for the convenience of bringing things to the beach and going back and forth to the condo. The host was awesome and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

We loved the close proximity to the beach. We brought our own ATV and having the carport to park it in was great. The unit was clean. Had everything that we needed. The view was spectacular. Being able to hear the surf from the porch makes for a relaxing Cup of coffee in the morning and cocktail in the evening

They view was absolutely stunning!! The accommodations were way better than the pictures. Jessica was in touch with us through out the journey for any questions we had. Really an amazing place.

property manager Jess rocks. She is very communicative and quick to respond. We had a power outage due to a storm and she kept us updated throughout day with updates from the electric company. We rented golf cart and the one tire became low, we emailed and she had someone out within 20 min to fix. Always clean and you cant beat the beach access

Check in was difficult. We were given the wrong code. House was not cleaned upon arrival. Had to wait to be cleaned. After finally getting settled in once all the problems were gone, we enjoyed everybit of our stay and the location was great!

We could never get the wifi to work. None of the tv's worked. The fridge never cooled. We ended up paying for 3 nights but left a day early. So we paid for 3 nights and got two. The entire peninsula lost power for over 10 hours. And people blew up fireworks right outside the condo all night. Will not be back

The location in relation to the beach and nearby restaurants/stores was fantastic. The house was very clean and well sized. Everyone had a great time. Jessica checked in on how things were going and was very quick and responsive with questions. Will definitely be back!

Check in super easy, excellent communication with property manager, even had emergency when daughter locked bathroom and they had to send their very nice maintenance guy, Joseph. A little hiccup with the living tv. But otherwise amazing and would definitely stay again!

On a whim, my family decided to take a mini getaway for some sun, beach and family time. The condo was perfect! Close proximity to the beach, outdoor fun in the lawn and the house setup was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This condo/townhome was exactly as it was pictured. Perfectly located just a short walk to the beach and you can see the waves coming in from the deck. We came down with some friends for our kid's first beach trip. everything we needed was within 2 miles. We noticed more traffic Monday and Friday, but midweek was slow. The condo was clean and had enough room for our two families. There was some cookware and utensils, but would suggest bringing one good versatile pan and or electric griddle. There were a few beach towels available, but we definitely needed the additional towels that we had packed. Communication was great from the week before our trip until we left. However, I had made multiple attempts to contact the owner the month or two prior to our trip to confirm some items that we might need to bring and to try to make our full payment early but heard nothing back until we were asked to register through their check-in system a week before our stay. Other than that, I had Zero complaints.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here! It’s got everything you need and the location is perfect. Super close to the beach. We could walk down to the beach and walk back in just a couple minutes. The beach was pretty crowded over the Memorial Day Weekend so this place is in the perfect distance. Close enough for easy, quick convenience, far enough away it’s much quieter than staying right on the public beach. The condo itself was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and a great layout for our family. Communication was excellent with the owner. We would absolutely stay here again.
