This little guest house/casita worked out well for me for a month long stay. Initially, it looked awfully small, with the kitchenette appearing impractical. But I was able to make it work by setting the microwave on the utility cart so I could have some counter space. It took a little getting used to but in the end it worked out well. Ditto for the table the TV sits on. I was able to put my laptop on it and use it as a workspace. The photos showed a solid door to the bedroom, but it had been replaced with a windowed door with built in miniblind to let in light and provide a view. Nice touch! Finally, hosts Jason and Reagan were great, friendly and easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for one or two people. Thank you!

It was nice. Near campus area. Would loved to have experienced longer. Our trip was cut short and our host was very understanding and accommodated a partial refund which was appreciated.

We booked the place for my parents. The check in and check out process is super easy and went smoothly. The owners are very nice and response super quickly for all our questions. Over all a very good stay and will rent again if we have family come over to visit.

Efficiency "pied-à-terre" in Tucson
Efficiency "pied-à-terre" in Tucson
For me, the outstanding feature of this very small but adequate, free standing and private, efficiency apartment near the University of Arizona in Tucson is the amazing engagement of the owner, Jason, who, though far away in the midwest, was available by phone or text within minutes to answer any and all questions or concerns. In addition, it was clear that he had planned carefully for any eventuality, with a well organized welcome for his guests, a cleaning lady and a handy-man at the ready if problems occurred (none did). Overall, a pleasant and convenient experience for one person to stay during a very busy time for rentals in the Tucson area.
