About this villa rental
Located in İzmir Province, this charming villa for $114 per night is a great option for your next trip. -Our Seaside holiday villa is located on the border of a clear, exclusive and comfortable holiday site 3km, away from the village of Ildir. Our beachfront vacation villas are directly facing the beach thus providing a panoramic view of the sea. -Our beautiful vacation villas are surrounded by a 1000 m2 green grass garden with an open terrace of 20 m and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda.From here,we will have a panoramic and marvelous sea view. The villas have a beautiful private sandy beach. The livingroom (30m2) in each villa has a satelliteTV and is fully furnished. Internet acces available (wireless DSL) The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine. There are 5 bedro in each villa (18m2,12m2,10m2,7m2 and 20m2 attic rooom) which can accommodate a total of 10 beds (double and single beds). If it needs, moore extra beds can add in the bed rooms In each villa,there are 3 bathrooms.The main bathroom has a WC, bathtub and water boiler.The 2 smaller bathrooms has a shower and toilet. There is also a common shower in the garden. In the garden,there is a common washroom with a washing machine,iron and ironing board. The huge outside garden is very private where your families and friends could enjoy. PRIVATE SEASIDE FACILITIES As you can see from the pictures on our website, there is a private beach/sand pool just in front of our villas with sunloungers and umbrellas all around, you will enjoy the cool breeze from the sea during your sunbath. In addition, we have also installed air-conditioners in our villas. You can use the air-conditioner optionally when you need cool weather by paying for the extra electricity consumption. a wonderful BBQ meal. Our barbeque and grill sets are available for your use. All prices are per villa per week (in Euro - €) for groups of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9 and 10 persons. The prices include electricity, water, gas and one set of bedding per person (given on arrival).Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 700€ for high season (01 Jun -30 Sept), 300 Eur. for mid-season ( 01. Oct - 30.Nov), For middle season 450 eur. (01 Apr - 31 May), 200 € for low-season (01 Dec.. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 70€ for high season, 40€ for mid-season, 20€ for low-season. 40 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.

The house is basic inside but clean and functional. The neighborhood is very quiet without any tourists, just local people. The beach is just 200 feet away from the terrace. Plenty of restaurants and fresh fruit/vegetable stands along the road from Cesme. We would come back again. thank you, Intahim for hosting us.

Das Haus ist groß und sehr wohnlich. Die Distanz zum Strand ist ein Traum... Der Fußweg ist unter einer Minute!
Außerdem ist der Vermieter sehr bemüht und sympathisch.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub
Seit 3 Jahren reisen wir jeden Sommer mit der ganzen Familie inklusive Hund in das Ferienhaus nach Ildir. Es liegt direkt am Strand und wird durch einen schönen gepflegten Garten umrandet. Touristen sind in der ruhigen Gegend wenige zu finden, dafür Natur pur. Herr Aktürk ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie Zuhause. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Sommer in Ildir.

Gelungene Urlaub
Der Inhaber der Herr Akturk ist sehr freundlich, menschlich und Hilfsbreit.
Die Gegen ist sehr schön. Man hat alles wenn mann Familien Urlaub machen will.
Am besten hatten wir eigene Strand, und wenn mann wandern wollte sehr passende gegen.
Die Ausstattung war Akseptabel aber könnte mehr sein.
Wir haben da eine Familientreff gemacht und alle 13 Personen waren zufrieden.

Great place!!! Turned out to be the most pleasant and memorable holiday stay for our family. This is due to the great Host who made us feel welcome and like at home. The Villa location right by the clear clean blue sea was amazing. The villa itself is very clean and nicely kept with pristine crisp towels and bedding-overall homely feel. Separate utility room was fully equipped with washing machine, iron etc which was massively handy. Nice garden with barbeque adds stars as few evening instead of visiting the picturesque surrounding villages we would instead use the bbq and indulge in great local meats/fish as well as super delicious fruit and vegetables and all in that big lovely veranda! Even any tiny silly functional questions that travelers normally face in the foreign country ranging from the elec/gas and water workarounds were quickly answered and resolved in a matter of minutes which allowed us to have a frustration free time and just enjoy the place to the full. Could not stress enough the kindness and hospitality of the owner Mr Ibrahim who made us feel not like guests but like his family members. The only negative bit in here would be that due to the lack of any issues, and by enjoying all the great service and having a relaxing holiday - the time passed really quickly...
Have already recommended the place to my friends and relatives and I cannot wait to go there again soon....

We stayed in Villa Banu during the after season with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house offers all comfort and facilities you might wish during your holiday. The beach is very close by so is a grocery for your basic needs. The landlord is extremely helpful and caring and a nice person to chat with. We would definetely recomend this beautiful spot even when the season is over like the time we were there.

By chance, we've spent our holiday in 2011, at the Banu Villa. Now, I can say that it was an excellence choice. The villa is clean, with all the facilities you can think about, the spaces are large - the living room is a pleasure. The host is a pleasant and discreet person, a very good guide for the activities you want to do. Do you want to swim early in the morning or at the sunset ? OK! You have the beach at 50 m ! Do you want a wonderful beach with white sand? Ilica is at just a few km from the villa! Do you want peace, quiet? You can drink your coffee on the terrace, admiring the sun rise, or you can see the most beautiful sun set of your life. I've done all of these! We were 10 persons - 6 adults and 4 kids, and spent an excellent holiday.
We visited Cesme, Ilica, Alacati - places full of interesting attractions, Eritreea - historical site. I think this place is a good one for families with children, for people who like to spend a calm holiday!

Einer der Besten Ferienhäuser in der Region.
Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich . Man füllt sich sofort nach der Ankunft in der Villa zu Hause. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.Keine massen Turismus.Die villen sind sehr gut ausgestattet.Alles ist sehr sauber, wenn man Hilfe brauch egal welche Art, kommt sofort der Inhaber und kümmert sich um alles.
Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.Wir haben uns mit der Familie der Eigentümer mittlerweile so gut befreundet, dass wir uns regelmäßig anrufen.
Es ist auf jeden Fall eine ander Türkei als Antalya .

Villa banu is located around 5 mins drive from the village of Ildir and around 30 mins drive from Cesme. The location is quiet and peaceful and the beach is at the end of the garden. There is a small shop at the end of the road with a very friendly shopkeeper. There are restaurants (one in particular was really nice and the owner would even give as a lift back home again) in nearby Ildir which can be reached by the local bus which stops at the end of the road next to the shop.
The villa was clean and well maintained and the pictures on the website are an accurate description of the villa. The owner was very helpful and arranged car hire for us as well as airport transfers.
The location of the villa is a bit remote and I would advise you to hire a car as although the local bus can take you to either Ildir or Cesme it is much quicker to drive.
The location is perfect if you would like somewhere peaceful to relax and there is plenty of space for a large group.

The Villas are nicely kept, spacious, clean and the grounds beautiful. The owner is very attentive and helpful in taking care of the needs of his guests. A full kitchen and outdoor grill allow us to prepare our own food drawing on the wonderful local produce, fruits, and meats. A full grocery store is within a 5 minute drive from the villa. We enjoy our dinner on the balcony as the sun sets over the Aegean Sea. The villa’s location is slightly outside the main town and the other vacationers in the area are mostly nationals so it has a family vacation feel rather than a tourist feel. Being on the periphery also allows for cycling, walking, and jogging on quiet roads. But, if you want a touristy flavor, it is only an easy 10-15 minute drive to Ilica, Alacati, and Cesme. Shopping, windsurfing, eating out, visiting the ancient ruins of Ephesus or walking the busy streets of Izmir are all easily accomplished from the villa’s location. For us Villa Banu is a perfect combination which offers quiet leisure time lounging at the villa, sporting activities, and traditional tourist activities all according to our timetable from our home away from home on the Aegean. It really is a great spot for a vacation.
