Room and facilities are first class. Bed very comfortable. Pools, spa's, saunas and gym great. Staff helpful with any request.

Lots of restaurants nearby and outdoor swimming pool
Concierge was great service
Bathroom was cleaned only once during 3 days stay. Beds were not made
Only front desk and valet/concierge spoke English. Staffs in restaurant breakfast and by swimming pool and spa were not welcoming.
Swimming pool access is through the basement. Spa, hammam are in a dark area in the basement
No electrical plugs to charge your phone. Very outdated
$$$$
