Locatia, confortul, dimensiunea camerei, parcarea chiar in fata hotelului... Pt cine merge in Turcia, recomand sa aiba si cheia de rezerva la masina... Cheia ramane la personalul hotelului!
Personalul in prima noapte... dupa un drum lung, de 13 ore, nu am putut face check in pana nu am platit, cu toate ca aveam rezervare pt 2 nopti... netul mergea extrem de greu, am stat in holul hotelului cu copilul mic in jur de 40 minute... Plata cu cardul a mers extrem de greu... si nu am putut ocupa camera pana nu am platit... Este un mic minus...

I have been in Turkey 5 times, but the first time visiting Izmir. Selecting Heykel Suites was indeed a great decision I made. Clean, spacious, well-designed units asides, that felt nothing but a cozy home; the staff and management were more than friendly, helpful, and wonderful.
Me. Mutlu (the manager) was super understanding and managed my room access for early check-in and late check-outs
Mr. Yunus welcomed me at 4 am, was helpful like a big brother throughout my stay every single day.

Türkiye'ye daha önce 5 kez geldim ama İzmir'i ilk kez ziyaret ediyorum. Heykel Suites'i tercih etmek gerçekten harika bir karardı; temiz, ferah ve şık tasarımlı daireleri insana sıcacık bir yuva hissi veriyordu. Ayrıca personel ve yönetim son derece samimi, yardımsever ve harikaydı.
Yönetici Bay Mutlu son derece anlayışlıydı; erken giriş ve geç çıkış yapabilmem için oda erişimimi ayarladı.
Sayın Yunus beni sabahın dördünde karşıladı ve konaklamam boyunca her gün bir abi ve arkadaş gibi yardımcı oldu.
Nothing to complain about, literally. The first couple of days, the internet was a bit slow due to some hardware wiring issue, but the manager (Mr. Mutlu) personally followed up on the case and had it taken care of ;)
