Modern Comfort in a Central Location
The location was excellent — we could easily walk to many key spots like the bazaar, the park, and the seaside area.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful.
Breakfast is good.
In last day we lunch at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing!
Overall, a good stay in a very convenient part of Izmir.
The soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear a lot of street noise, especially from passing cars. Also, the air conditioning unit seemed a bit outdated and could use an upgrade.

Everything but especially the hospitality. My phone was stolen at a nearby drugstore on Wednesday, September 13th. The store security camera saw who took it off the counter, and one of the workers went with me to the police station to file a report. But the police wouldn't take a report saying that since it wasn't a Turkish phone, they couldn't track it. But the hotel manager, Fuat, went back with me to the station and helped me file the report. I got back to my room at 9:15 and at 12:05 AM, the police called Fuat and told him they had picked up the guy who stole my phone. Fuat had already left for the day but came all the way back to return with me to the station to retrieve my phone. He went above and beyond what a hotel manager had to do. His actions in helping to recover my phone relieved a lot of stress and anxiety and made the remaining days of my vacation more enjoyable. Thanks again Fuat.

While the location and staff were pleasant,. For the price, we expected more spacious and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast was ok
