Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen war sensationell immer sehr gut.

This booking was for a night before a week stay with Mark Warner holidays, I'm a repeat customer (actually British) from prior year but didn't feel like it, and for my week stay I just wanted a room off ground floor. They said it wasn't available (apart from smaller room with no balcony that smelled smoky). I just gave up in end but suspected not really truthful as they were cleaning out rooms above mine right at same time and after and they had told my brother when checked in they were very quiet due to recent cancellations and generally COVID. I feel I was probably discriminated as one person or 1 week stay or both or they just didn't care or maybe not, but regardless. I was hoping to stay for 2 weeks still the same as my brother's family who is here for 2 weeks but don't feel like valued customer and its a really bad start to stay and the front desk just seemed challenging. I ended up just cancelled spa treatments as result as didn't feel good start Will see if I change mind. Once loose trust with front desk its hard. Disappointing experience, wish I could write something better but bad start as otherwise I like the place.. One other thing was they never temp checked me when I arrived but did on my brother's flight guests - but what's the point unless you are consistent.
