يوجد مطاعم حولين الفندق وقهاوي
والاطلالة جميلة جدا من غرف المطلة على البحر
اللغة الانجليزية ضعيفة جدا عند اغلب الموظفين
بعض الاثاث والشاور بالحمام يحتاج الى تجديد
مطعم الفندق موجود بفندق اخر تابع له مشي ٣ دقائق
وحوض السباحة عبارة عن سونا ليس مسبح عادي ومتواجد بالفندق الاخر garden cumbalica

Location is amazing, small city bus was passing just in-front of the hotel and supermarket is next door! Lady working at the reception named Burcu is extremely professional and kind, she helped me with my payment and other information. Beach is across the road .
Elevator is too loud, they should block it after 11 o clock!

Great first-line hotel with beach access. Apartments have everything needed - we requested glasses and internet, and they delivered promptly to our room.
Breakfast and pool are at the neighboring Cumbalıca Garden hotel (5-min walk). If that’s important, stay there instead.

The location and the property was nice. Rooms & furniture quality was for the price not amazing. It was in general clean and comfortable.
People at the reception were really friendly and helpful. Hotel manager was also friendly in general but not really ready for compromises/solutions to make the customers happy but rather put the blame on booking.com rather than changing their rooms’ false descriptions and confusing pictures. :)
Something is off with their room descriptions & booking options. I booked a room with “sea view/ocean view” as it was shown in the amenities and pictures when I booked it in June. However, in the confirmation it is written “side sea view” and therefore the room we got was without sea view. What they call “side sea view” is actually not even sea view, it is quite funny. Feels like a trap to make it okay to charge more for the room for some “sea view.”
