The Hotel was excellent and all the staff extremely helpful from managers to restaurant staff to cleaning staff.

We were very satisfied with our stay. In particular, the Guest Relations manager, reception staff, and restaurant team were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Beautiful, unique hotel in a great location in Alacati. Rooms were spacious, stylish, clean and with great amenities. A few standouts are:
~ helpful, very friendly, kind staff
~ best breakfast spread I’ve ever had in a hotel
~ fantastic location; just around the corner from the action, but calm, relaxed and quiet
~ Freckles the hotel cat (pls give her lots of strokes and treats!)
Alacati itself is a gorgeous place and I recommend anyone to visit and stay at Casa Fontana!
