Location was great, within walking distance to Alaçatı central however away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were extremely helpful with any queries we had. They went above and beyond to help us. We’d definitely come back to Pom if we visited Alaçatı again
It would’ve been great if rooms were cleaned daily or at least every other day, but during our 6 night stay it was only cleaned once. That’ll be the only improvement point in my opinion.

The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive and always ready to help! The property is located at the edge of town so you’re away from the noise but close enough for to walk everywhere easily.
The bed is a little uncomfortable and the towels given were not clean (found a hair in two of them). Breakfast was okay but portions/options were a little small/limited. Keep in mind taxis are very limited in Cesme so a car rental is advised.

Clean, new furnished rooms, beautiful territory, good breakfast
Small rooms, not English speaking staff, fake high prices tailored to you for services (morning coffee 😂) not announced before, incorrect information provided, safe doesn’t work, issues are better to fix by yourself than ask staff as they don’t want to fix and don’t speak English
