Lots of space in the apartment. It’s modern and well built with good materials. There’s a practical balcony with a nice view of the bay.
The area is nicer than it first seems. The main beach although well equipped was busy and noisy, but we found out there were nice coves with good access on both sides of the bay.
Parking space was useful, as was the elevator. A good starting point for exploring Pula and the seaside attractions. A top rated restaurant - Lanterna - less than 50 meters from the Apt was an unexpected treat.
The furniture looks good and is functional, but some of it looks like the most basic IKEA stuff, especially the kitchen. Not a show stopper, but the apartment deserves better.
The master bedroom lacks a night table and a reading lamp on one side ( we like to read…). We improvised a solution,but were still somewhat surprised.
When we inquired about a possible solution, the answer was: “What you see is what we have. Nothing more or less”…Some suggestions did follow later, but we thought that was quite rude and didn’t pursue it further in order not to spoil our vacation.
The bedroom is far from the airco (which otherwise works fine), so we had to turn it really cold to have a comfortable bedroom temperature.
Again, we managed and it was fine.

The apartment is located very close to the beach, when you go through the garage, as the owner recommended to us, it is literally 250 steps from the apartment directly to the sea. The view from the terrace to the sea is amazing. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, but also with comfortable armchairs, it is almost always in the shade, so you can spend time comfortably on it. The apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, fully blackout external blinds, TV, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, cleaning products, fully equipped kitchen even for more extensive cooking, salt, sugar, spices available, really everything you need. Very clean everywhere. There is a large double bed in the bedroom and two beds in the smaller bedroom. The mattresses are very comfortable. There is a large sofa and a dining table in the living room. Everything at the highest level. In addition, there is a reserved parking space in the parking lot right next to the building. We were welcomed with wine and olive oil, the owner was really nice, thank you! I must also appreciate the perfectly accurate information from the owner regarding finding the way to the accommodation and parking, keys and everything necessary, everything was clear, maps and photos were also added.
In the vicinity of the apartment there are several cafes, restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a bakery, a beach with the possibility of renting umbrellas, sun loungers and various equipment for swimming and entertainment. An ideal place to relax for the whole family, we will definitely be happy to return.

Lokalizacja super. Blisko plaży, restauracji i sklepu. Parking przy apartamencie. Wyposażenie i czystość wzorowa, godna polecenia. Bardzo ładny widok z balkonu. Polecam to miejsce na urlop i wypoczynek.
