Easy to find, central to all sites and convenient. An amazing opportunity to experience the Gaiaense environ.
Obviously with convenience there is annoyance so noisily busy despite quiet hours 10 - 8, the noise went on till 3am. Hectic motorbikes and traffic, party animals walking the street below and inconsiderate tenants in the building. The beds were not the best, the double bed planks kept falling out and the single sofa bed was very hard.

Adorei a localização, e a limpeza. A comunicação com o arrendatário foi excelente. Recomendo vivamente
A casa de banho apesar de pequena, tinha tudo. Contudo, o autoclismo demorava imenso a encher, e uma vez que o apartamento acomoda 4 pessoas, digamos que é um pouco difícil de gerir isso. Para além de que o barulho perdura um pouco demais quando se utiliza a sanita no período noturno.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist direkt im geschehen und hat sogar ein wenig Blick auf den Fluss.
-Es gibt nur einen kleinen Ventilator für die gesamte Unterkunft.
-Parkplatz Situation auch sehr schwierig (für große Autos).
-Beim raus gehen steht man quasi direkt im Restaurant

Locatie is fantastisch
Het bed was kapot. We hebben de eigenaar diverse gelegenheden gegeven om dit te herstellen. Ondanks zijn goede bedoelingen is dit niet goed gelukt.
