The location of this property is absolutely ideal for those visiting the Newmarket area. When visiting the racecourse, you can walk there as the distance is 2 miles (although you may not want to walk back!).
There is an Aldi and other small convenience stores along the Exning Road. We spotted a fish n chip shop and also visited the Cherry Tree Pub (staff were friendly).
The owner was extremely helpful and responded quickly when contacted. He has thoughtfully provided a washing machine and tumble dryer. For those staying for a longer period than just a weekend, a slimline dishwasher could be very useful if and when re-configuring the kitchen in the future.
The single arm-chair was not particularly comfortable should it need to be used, but this might just be a personal preference.

This is a very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment located a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The parking space in front of the property is a bonus. I can’t fault the property and really enjoyed my 3 days there.
Can’t think of anything that would need improvement.
