Kamers zijn goed. Goede bedden en douche. Zeer goede airconditioning, heel stil. Kamers zijn licht gehorig. Voor de kluis moet je bijbetalen, dat was 40 euro voor 2 weken
We hadden en minder goede ervaring bij aankomst bij de receptie. Dit bleek voornamelijk aan een enkel persoon te liggen, overig personeel was goed. De wijn en cocktails zijn van een matige kwaliteit, bier is goed. Voor twee strandbedden en parasol betaal je extra 18 euro per dag.

The pools and water park is awesome.
The rooms are big.
The location is very good.
The air conditioning didn’t work and even the experts didn’t manage to fix it.
The life guard is the pool was not patient to the guests.
The food was not tasty at all.

Das Hotel war ok, wenn man große All-Inclusive-Anlagen mag. Dementsprechend war auch das Essen ok für die Masse an Personen.
Das Personal war freundlich und gut organisiert.
Dies war unser erster All-Inclusive-Urlaub als Familie und für uns ist diese Form von Urlaub nichts.
Die Pools waren nicht für die Masse an Personen ausgelegt. Nervig (dafür kann aber das Personal nichts!), dass die Gäste bereits morgens um 7 Uhr (also drei Stunden vor Öffnung der Pools) die Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert haben.
Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet, ohne Charme.

"Food great, also one dinner we had at the seaside restaurant - very nice! Ask to books “special restaurants” upon arrival to get a spot. Beach is great, baby disco and evening animation we enjoyed. So..."
