A little difficult to find driveway entrance, just after the Church but a quick phone call to the Host soon directed us. We are not the first reviewers to say this.
Not to Host's fault but all of the Restaurants in the village have closed. Only (a very good) Fish & Chip shop, 17:00-19:30hrs. However a 15 mins bus rise into Ryde or 20mins to Sandown with bus stop just at the end of the rod (2min walk).

Spacious Apartment with nice walk in ensuite shower room.Dog friendly garden shared with hosts friendly dog Teddy. Lovely peaceful location next to Brading Church. Good base to tour the Island.
We try to leave properties as we find them and have never received a long to do list via Booking.com prior to check out. The friendly hosts who lived in the adjacent property obviously have someone managing cleaning etc on their behalf and am not sure if this is because of bad previous experiences but I can imagine many people who book to stay and respect the premises could be surprised especially when the owners are next door.
