Great location. Beautiful, modern hotel. Spacious room, lovely terrace with great view, ample space. Parking close to hotel. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and ski lifts. Good variety at breakfast.

A great room, clean and tidy and with an excellent outdoor space. Brilliant value for money. Breakfast was excellent and staff in the breakfast room worked really hard and were pleasant, professional and proactive.
The receptionist (young blond hair) was rude, passive aggressive and unhelpful. Motorcycle parking policy was ridiculous - so we voted with our wheels and parked outside for free. Ridiculous policy of sending a ‘check out’ WhatsApp at 6am. I asked reception to ensure this didn’t happen but it was out of their hands - company policy apparently! I blocked the WhatsApp! I was assured someone in management would contact me to discuss this issue but they failed to do so. Communal area carpets were worn and didn’t lay flat, so potentially dangerous for vulnerable guests.
Our main issue was customer service. The receptionists attitude on checking in was appalling. We travel Europe on our moto and have not met anyone like her anywhere. Similarly, we checked in at 4pm and by 8pm we had received our pre check out WhatsApp advising about a 6am message scheduled for the following day. This hotel is a great place to stay, incredible value, a fab breakfast and great rooms. Why spoil it by not valuing your guests and especially by charging bikers for parking when they are not even occupying a space. You are truly missing a trick!

Everything was within walking distance, the view from the window was amazing, plenty of parking available, elevator worked, clean and tidy hotel.
Asked for double bed but received two single beds pushed together that came apart//door handle almost falling off//shower had to be handheld//minibar and parking cost extra//breakfast chaotic due to short breakfast times and everyone eating between 8:30-9:30, causing no tables to be available and long queues in front of the coffee machine. Expensive hotel for what you get in return.

The location is great
We were missing towels and we asked for them but never got .Service not good ,we were at room without air conditioner .The room is very small for 4 people .The price was unreasonably high for low quality facilities ,it was not meeting expectations for such price
