Private swimming pool. Nice wooden cottages with decoration. Free floating breakfast.

The spacious villa was perfect for 2 people. Super king bed was comfy! Location is good but you either have a driver or scooter to get to places. We used a driver for the 7 days.
Only alcohol on menu was bintang.

Tranquil villas set against the hillside below a minor road, overlooking rice paddies and coconut trees. We used the shared infinity pool and had it all to ourselves- it was refreshing, clean and deep. Our room was comfortable, clean and private. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to spend a few days in the beautiful Sebatu district.
Other reviewers have mentioned the road noise. While the odd scooter did sometimes roar up the hill, after our 5 weeks’ travelling in Indonesia, we found this place quiet and peaceful. There was complete silence during the night and we slept so deeply here. Some road noise & an occasional rooster call happens almost every in Bali :)

The staff was very kind and always helpful.
The location of the villa is very nice.
During our stay there were repeating problems with the hot water, we informed the staff they were always able to fix it, but the next day the problems appeared again.
The shower itself was kinda dirty and maybe even moldy.
The lock on the door was a joke. Even a little child could break into the room. Furthermore the safe was not screwed to the wall or even to the wardrobe so if someone would break into the room they could take the whole safe with them.
Overall the room was not quite clean.
The private pool was really cold so it was very uncomfortable for swim.
The room was near the road so it was noisy by scooters and at nights by frog's orchester.
Our stay here was disappointing for us.
