Easy Check-in: There are no keys, you get a 6-digit code for the front and room doors (but if you mistype 3 times you have to wait 1 minute).
There is a place in the hallway where one could make tea coffee.
Easy access and parking. Very little street noise.
Overall a “bare bones” setup (there is no place to relax in the rooms other than the bed). Floors are tiled and very cold (there are shoes / sandals provided). Minimum number of towels (no shower rug). Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors. I was irritated by the dripping sound from the metal window boards during the night and had to sleep with ear plugs.
