Great location, terrible unsafe mould in bedroom.

The location is fantastic. The small balcony was also fantastic.

An entire bedroom wasn't usable for us due to extensive mould, the wallpaper was peeling away from the walls! We have two small children and this was absolutely not safe for anyone to sleep in. We all had to cram into the other bedroom/living room which was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning also wasn't cooling enough and the whole apartment felt warm which added to the discomfort. When I messaged the hotel/apartment via WhatsApp and also booking.com messages about the mould and asking for a new room, they didn't respond. Funnily enough, when I phoned booking.com directly, and they got in touch with them, they answered but were unable to give us a new room. Like I said, the location is fantastic, but I would not be booking this unless you get some serious assurances that the mould issue has been fixed. And not rewallpapered.... actually fixed, for obvious health reasons. We left 1/3rd of the way through our booking after we ensured we would not be charged for the stay. Otherwise I would have left the first night.

Beautiful apartment

The property was beautiful! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the bathroom was exceptional! The location was fantastic and right in the middle of everything and very easy to find. The room was very clean and had everything we needed! The owners of the property were brilliant and very easy to contact.

Perfect..

We stayed there for christmas and everything was perfect. Near at the parking area, and we got lucky bcoz the parking is free during winter season if im not mistaken. The apartment is in the center, so it's more than perfect. The interior design, is so beautiful. Peaceful and relaxing that we did'nt even wanted to go home anymore. Lazise is my favorite place so far. And we will surely come back.(esp. in that apartment)

Great place to stay to explore Lazise and other surrounding towns at late Garda

Very grandiose decor, amazing location in the middle of old town. Everything is short walk away.

The mattress was hard and not very comfortable, but that's personal preference.

Schlechte Kommunikation: Erst am Tag der Anreise haben wir erfahren, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen - trotz wiederholter Nachfrage. Kein kostengünstiger Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Die Lage war top

Es war vereinbart, dass wir die Unterkunft um 15:00 Uhr beziehen können. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung jedoch noch komplett ungereinigt. Nach unserem Anruf kam zwar mit einiger Verzögerung das Reinigungspersonal, aber dieser Start in den Aufenthalt war für uns sehr ärgerlich
