Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well-trained and less than 50 lbs. You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. Four portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for your convenience. The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign a waiver) The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RV's, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed. **Pool is heated to 80F from Nov - March.
