We had a lovely stay at Olive Tree Villa and would definitely recommend it. The villa is beautiful, spacious and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area and pool are fantastic and made it a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The location is excellent — it’s in a lovely, peaceful area but still really convenient, with shops, restaurants and other amenities close by. It’s also a great base for exploring Protaras, with beautiful beaches and plenty to do nearby.
We really enjoyed our week here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The host was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and we particularly appreciated the flexibility with our late checkout.
Overall, a lovely villa in a great location and we would happily stay here again. Would definitely recommend!
Would recommend the Metro supermarket down the road for shopping!
Honestly, the only thing we didn’t like was having to leave! The only small thing we noticed was that there didn’t seem to be any mugs, but other than that everything was fantastic.

The house is very nice with modern bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with comfortable furnitures. There is a comfortable bedsofa in the downstairs livingroom. The outdoor are is fantastic with a lounge area and a dining area, plenty of space around the pool. Very nice.
Please note that the 3rd bedroom is located in the basement and the entrance is not connected to the rest of the house. It’s a separate studio. Unfortunately very damp and the ventilation system is loud so it’s difficult to sleep there. Beautiful bathroom available there as well.
