Hosts were very helpful and prompt with replies. The apartment was spacious with working airconditioning in each room, which were much needed to beat the August heat wave. Kitchen supplies were also working fine and we were able to cook a meal or two. The beds were comfortable and washrooms were clean. The location of the apartment was also convenient with buses and tube stations nearby. The hosts even created a WhatsApp group chat to make it easier for us to ask questions or get updates.
One of the toilet door knobs were faulty and when brought up to the hosts. Although we appreciated how prompt they were in fixing the issue, we wished they would've let us know that they will be dropping by to fix it! We only realised they did when we noticed that the door was fixed after coming back to the apartment after a long day. All was well but a headsup would've been appreciated!

The host went all out to ensure we could check in early when we requested. Instead of the usual 3pm we checked in at 12pm. This is because we arrived London at 6am. The air conditioner was brand new and it helped a lot to cool us off during our visit in summer. Host provided a fruit basket, snacks and milk when we checked in. Host always asked if we were ok. The common toilet has a bidet which is very unusual for an English home. Also fresh flowers in the rooms and common area! Nice touch.
It could be a bit noisy due to sirens, vehicles and people talking on the streets but it is not a big deal.

The CB location was great and it was spacious
The creaking floor is very very annoying so much so it wakes us light sleepers when someone goes to the bathroom at night
