Charming and characterful detached house in the village center. Landscaped grounds. Exposed beams and stonework, spacious rooms, family heirlooms. Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob, electric oven), - Dining room. - Living room (fireplace/wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi, DVD player). Firewood not provided. - Separate WC. Upstairs: - Front bedroom (the only one facing the street): 1 double bed (140cm) - private bathroom (shower - 2 sinks) - Bijou bedroom: 2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together + 1 sofa bed for 1 person (if an additional separate bed is needed) - Gave bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm) - Came bedroom: 2 single beds (90cm) - Bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks, WC. INCLUDED: LINENS - TOWELS - HEATING - CLEANING (heat pump heating included, maintaining a temperature of 19°C). Firewood not provided. Dogs are not allowed upstairs. Please keep your pet under control as the property is partially fenced (gate, hedges, and wire fencing with possible access). The grounds feature a wooded and flowered park with unobstructed views of the hills, a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Two sun loungers and two rocking chairs are available for enjoying the sun. This accommodation does not have a charging point for electric vehicles. Weekday arrivals are possible from 6:00 PM. The Béarn region is once again being celebrated by the Heritage Foundation with the restoration of Château Bijou, adjacent to the Bernet house. ALL-INCLUSIVE stay, between Béarn and the Basque Country, this large family home has retained volumes, charm and character, restored antique furniture, in the heart of a pleasant park with an open view.
