About this house rental

Situated in Running Springs, this charming house for $336 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Large 3 Bdrm family home, in the mountains, nestled in the Oak trees, with a view of the mountains and valleys on a clear day. You are not far from Lake Arrowhead the “Alps of Southern California”, a getaway for you and family. You have 2800' of private indoor living space & over 1200' on 4 decks of outdoor living space at 3 levels of the home. BBQ and dine on the upper deck, & relax at this mile high location. Reservations: Age categories of all guests must be provided in the request to book. We cater to couples and families, who need a getaway.  A couple's romantic get away  A family retreat  A private home, available to selected, preferred guests. Educators: We are educators, and love to have teachers come and vacation here. Health & Medical: We work in healthcare, and thank you for keeping us stay healthy. Vets: Thank you for your service, discounts for your coming with your family. All others: We like it when the whole family comes together for a memorable vacation. Plan to get away from the summer heat of Southern California, or play in our winter wonderland. Filled with all the conveniences of your home. Full kitchen with all you need to prepare meals for the family. Coffee bar. BBQ grill on deck, and dine with the family at sunset out on the deck. Our dedicated cleaning crew has the home ready before your visit Maximum occupancy = 8 Beds = 7 Driveway parking for 3 vehicles. NO smoking on the property. Sorry, we DO NOT allow pets. Check in Time: 4pm / Check out time : 11am Entertainment: High speed Wifi / 2 Smart TV's. DVD players with 2 of the TV's. Books, board games, puzzles & toys, available in the gaming area cabinet. We love when the whole family comes( Pack N Play, High chair & baby gate, if you need it). Suitability: Wheelchair Inaccessibility. Level entry from the driveway. 10 Steps down to the bedroom level. Notes: First Aid kit provided in the main floor bathroom cabinet. 2 fire extinguishers in the home, one on each level. House Rules: No Parties/Events Home is surrounded by full time residents in the neighborhood. NO Smoking) Including cigarettes, vaping, e-cigs, etc). NO Pets (Indoors or outdoors) Maximum occupancy: 8( Any complaints from neighbors, that result in enforcement- will result in a loss of entire deposit and payment of any additional fines, if imposed by the city/county.

Excellent stay for 2 families in the snow. Keith was great at communicating and checking on us to ensure we arrived safely. All supplies were ample and the house very comfortable. Not many board games or game system games for our kids (ranging from 4 to 10 yo), but they throughly enjoyed the ping pong table, and mini foosball/pool tables! Thanks for the enchanted stay, would definately stay again if the opportunity arises! Thank you!

Loved the space for both outdoor and indoor meals. Appreciated the amenities and especially fully stocked spices, oil and coffee/tea bar. The Belgian waffle maker and tent were a big hit with our 7 year old son. Enjoyed the deck from master for quiet reading .

The Magical Family Home lived up to everything in the description and more. The pictures are accurate on the beauty of home, but the beauty you see and the quiet you experience while staying at the property is amazing. The house is well appointed, super clean, fun to spend time at, and is truly a mountain paradise. You will want to keep coming back here. I am looking for another date in my calendar to come back soon. What a great experience. Thanks!!!
