This property is fully equipped for the beach and only minutes from the SJU Int.airport and old San Juan. The surrounding areas include restaurants, hotel, shopping and walking distance to beach & supermarket. This house had everything my group needed and was incredibly spacious. The location was perfect for us and we loved having both a pool, patio, and a rooftop to hang out on! Rooms were clean and the host was communicative if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!!Only thing to be mindful of if you have a large group like I did is that you only have 1 key to unlock the outer gates to get in/out and 1 key for the main house, but we just had to coordinate within our group and it worked out.

Loved the place and location to Old San Juan and airport. There were a few communications from the host and the property manager that I believe could’ve been approached and worded better, as we felt like general questions were bothersome to ask, but overall, I would still recommend the property. The host and property manager were accommodating and sent staff to address issues during our stay, which we appreciated. It was perfect for a group of 13. The location was convenient and within a 4 minute walking distance to the grocery store.

Overall the property was what we expected. Plenty of room for our 10 person group. There was only 1 key provided that is located in lock box out front. We made it work but it would have been nice if the gate/doors had a key pad. The check in process was a nightmare. Apparently VRBO had a platform issue that prevented us from contacting the property manager through the app. We weren't receiving emails or messages through the app. When I tracked down a phone number and sent a text, I was told not to contact them via phone. We made it all the way to Puerto Rico with zero check in instructions and were told by the property manager that our reservation might be canceled because we couldn't communicate via the app. The fought us saying they couldn't prove who we were but eventually helped once they realized it wasn't our fault. Regardless, it was not the service you would expect to receive from a management company with multiple vacation rentals. We had no issues during our stay and check out was easy.
