Great place.

Room was well appointed and very comfortable. Owner was more than willing to help us with a couple of corrections. Great value for money. Great that it had washer and dryer.

Nothing significant out of place. A couple of item stocking levels which owner corrected on checkin.

It was fine for the money

Thought the room and Motel was a good layout and happy with most things

The pillows and towels are well out of date and need to be changed and updated. The motel was good except the pillows on the bed were terrible and need to be replace. No stuffing at all and the other one was old and lumpy. The towels are old also and need to be updated

WONDERFUL STAY

Washing machine and dryer .. large TV on the wall .. comfortable beds .. cooking facility

I didn't like that we checked in late and left early because we had to meet our Ferry in Picton

Great

Perfect option for our needs, a large room with kitchen and laundry facilities. The staff kindly let us have an early check-in which was a lifesaver for us. Will definitely stay again when in the area :)

Great location with all amenities

The property was in a good location with a short drive to city. We had all the amenities we needed for a home away from home.

The bed was comfortable but needs some new pillows as they were very flat.

Comfy spacious room

Comfy beds and room. Clean kitchen. Great location and spacious, well-equipped room. The staff were really lovely. Easy check in/out. Easy parking and location. There's even a washer and dryer in the room.

The bathroom wall is full of mould, plus there's an ant issue in the bathroom wall. The extractor fan doesn't seem to work so that's likely the issue. Couldn't really enjoy the bath though. Neighbour was smoking right outside our window so the smoke went inside. The room is stuffy without the window open.

A perfect home away from home

I love how tidy the Suite is, access to the room, how you can park right outside the door and especially how comfortable the bed is, my favourite would have to be the washing machine, and dryer on your own room is perfect, have a shower and clothes straight in the machine 😃 the staff are so friendly, receptionist was very welcoming. Definitely 5 stars

The room size was large… very quiet too. Great to have sky tv.

Good

The size was great. We had 2 rooms for family of 5. Location was convenient. Walked to CBD on 1st day... which meant we also had to walk back again at the end of a busy tourist day. Approx 30 mins walk each way.

The dryer was broken, but because we had 2 rooms, we used the other one. We'd definitely stay here again, without question.

Great place to stay if you planning on a short visit to Christchurch.

Very convenient and had all you need for a short stay. Met the friendly owner so highly recommended.

Doesn’t have enough parking so will have to find parking off street parking if you have more than one vehicle.

Very comfortable well appointed and convenient apartment

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well fitted out. It is across the road from supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, petrol etc. It is any easy 30 minute walk into the city. The manager, John, was very helpful when we needed something.

Nothing really. There were a couple of items missing from our room when we arrived, but this was quickly rectified when we spoke to the manager.

After a few days of travelling was lovely to have the washing machine and dryer in our bathroom.

Dish cloth and towels could do with an upgrade.
