We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and couldn't be happier with our choice.
Right from the start, communication was seamless. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful, both over the phone and through Booking.com. They were always happy to answer our questions and accommodate our requests, making coordinating everything effortless.
The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Combined with the fantastic location, it offers excellent value for money.
What truly stood out was the warm hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with an invitation for Norwegian waffles during the day. Between the beautiful apartment, the great location, and the exceptionally kind staff, our trip was perfect. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom and offered as free earlier checkin. Great location, clean and staff was very nice

Excellent location. No noise which is ideal for sleeping. The apartment was located 2 floors up by outdoor wooden stairs, no lift so be aware if you have heavy suitcases. When we arrived the reception young gentleman escorted us to the apartment and helped us carrying one bag but he lefted it at the bottom of the stair which was weird and not the best way to be hospitable.
The apartment was below the roof so we had to be aware not to bang our heads here and there. The living room , kitchen was comfortable, kitchen was overall well equipped (no toaster),. The beds comfortable but minimalist furnishing with no where to put any clothes in bedroom 2, no hangers in bedroom 1, no chair or anything else other than beds in bedrooms. Bathroom had no place to hang towels, washing machine was tucked under the roof, so good luch if you aret tall.
Overall place still good but if they spend a little bit of money it could easily be more comfortable.
Servixe was friendly, accomodating but somewhat minimalist as well , nothing extraordinary to rave above.

Our experience at this aparthotel in Tromsø was quite mixed. When we arrived, we were first given the wrong apartment — a basement unit in a house that didn’t smell good and wasn’t very clean. After going to the reception, we were moved to a larger apartment, which was definitely an improvement, but it was not located on the same street as the hotel.
Although the second apartment was much better, the cleanliness during our stay was disappointing. No housekeeping was done over the three nights we had booked, and the washing machine in the apartment was defective. The receptionist guy told us he would take care of the issue (our clothes were stuck inside), but he never followed up. Thankfully, two very kind members of the cleaning staff helped us resolve the problem and the Lady at the reception send me a message via booking.
Overall, the experience was far from ideal, and the hotel’s rating in my opinion is quite average considering these issues.
