Wonderful place. The room, the park, and the facilities around the park. Even the lunch buffet was great.

Parking is a little far. Highly recommend to do the check in and luggage loading before you go to the main parking.

The spa and thermals were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff.

I would have preferred feather pillows, or a pillow selection, but the bed (mattress) and bedding was very big and nice and comfortable. The restaurant in the Thermal park was a bit like a cafe, and let down the thermal experience, but we appreciate this isn't part of the hotel exactly. It's a bit of a canteen with plastic cutlery etc.
