The apartment is located in a very good area, quite close to the beach. It is modern, comfortable, and well equipped. I especially liked the washing machine, the reliable hot and cold water in the shower, and the balcony, which is a great place to have coffee or tea. It is also comfortable enough to work from there, and the sofa is very convenient.
The apartment is located close to a café, which can sometimes create quite a lot of noise. It was not noisy every day, but during my 7-day stay there were at least two evenings with birthday celebrations or similar events, and the noise continued until around 1–2 a.m.
Another issue is the streetlight located quite close to the bedroom window. The current curtains do not block the light properly, so the bedroom remains quite bright during the night. I would recommend replacing them with blackout curtains, as a bedroom should be dark and comfortable for proper rest.

The host Ema was very nice and supportive! The apartment is very new and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for the beach and the city garden. Very close to the Central Street (5-6 min walking). Ema left coffee for us which we highly appreciated.
The only recommendation I have is to put dish dryer on the counter.

Ubytování bylo vynikající a přesně splnilo naše očekávání. Ubytování bylo dostatečně vybavené, takže jsme vubec nic nemuseli řešit.
Ve 2. patře pravděpodobně funguje nějaká firma, takže přes den byly slyšet ruzne otřesy a rány, ale minimalne pro nás to nebylo nic, co by nám kazilo náš pobyt. Zvuky přes zapnutou klimatizaci skoro nešly slyšet.

The apartment is stylishlly and tastefully decorated. Furnished with everything you need ( no microwave ) for your comfortable stay. The seafront and the beach are nearby. The host, Emilina is very pleasant and hospitable. She provide us with quality coffee, which we enjoyed , for which we thank her. I definitely recomended it.
