Situated in American Beach, this lovely house for $650 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (sleeps 8-10) Welcome to First American Beach House. This historical, newly renovated home is pet friendly and directly on the beach. Enjoy your private vacation at this oceanfront four bedroom, six (four full, 2 half bath), three story home. This home was the very first home built in historic American Beach. It has been fully renovated as of spring 2021. We invite you to begin the day enjoying the sunrise from the main floor ocean facing patio. This area is great for having coffee and breakfast and enjoying the morning ocean air. Also on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with white stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, island bar sink, double oven, and bar seating area. There is also a comfortable living room area and dining area to enjoy the company of friends and family over a home cooked meal. This main floor also has two bedrooms (queen size beds) each with their own full bathrooms with walk-in shower. Finally there's 1 additional 1/2 bath on the main level. Upstairs we invite you to breathe in the Atlantic ocean air from the second level deck. You can relax in the upstairs living room area or enjoy the elevated balcony for the best views of the ocean and beach. You’ll also find a 1/2 guest bathroom. Finally, you can finish your day in the master bedroom which includes a private master bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower level is great for those traveling in larger groups or with children. This lower floor has a separate living room area, bedroom, and full bathroom. The living room area also includes a sofa with a pull-out bed. The laundry room is located on this level. This home is fully equipped to take care of all your needs. The home is newly renovated and decorating in traditional “beach house” style. The bathrooms are all tiled and roomy. The countertops are new stone with brushed steel accents. The TVs are equipped with Xfinity cable. High speed internet is available throughout the house. First American Beach House rents weekly from Friday to Friday.

Beautiful house just steps from the ocean!
A great floor plan allowing your group to comfortably join together or comfortably retreat to their rooms. The vaulted ceilings provide an open, airy vibe. Though not a problem for us, there are many stairs from between floors. Lots & lots of fluffy towels; a sufficient supply of tp, Kleenex & hotel-sized shampoo & soap. Sufficient supplies like dish soap, detergent, etc; not sure if provided or just left behind.
We didn’t cook much since since AI has many good restaurants; but the kitchen appeared to have all the essentials.
Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels & a Coolcabana to enjoy the beach. We found the beach was never crowded (mid-April); more people (& vehicles) on the weekends; but still plenty of room on the sand.
On a quiet street yet close to grocery, bike paths, etc.
Communication with the property Mgt was timely & concise; a shout-out to Eloise!
Don’t hesitate to book this beach-side beauty!

We had such a wonderful time in this lovely property. With the beach steps away and a gorgeous home to retreat to, it’s impossible not to have a phenomenal getaway.

Easy access to the beach either walking directly over the dunes or a couple houses down there’s a street entrance. Very well kept house with nice kitchen for basic meals. Wonderful place to spend a vacation with the family!

Perfect for beach lovers!
Beautiful location right on the beach! Perfect for families with kids as it was a breeze getting back and forth from the house to the beach.
House was clean and adequately stocked with essentials and cooking equipment. Plenty of bathrooms and space for a large family to spread out.
We traveled from out of state so having all the beach supplies available was a huge bonus.

We loved our stay here! The entire place has been renovated and is gorgeous. Steps from the beach with a large back patio to store all our beach stuff. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, and the living and dining room furniture was very comfortable. We will be staying here again next year!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We were located steps away from the beautiful beach! This home accounted my family very well. The house was well stocked with everything plus more! We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to celebrate my son’s graduation comfortably. I would definitely book again and again.
