Welcome to First American Beach House. This historical, newly renovated home is pet friendly and directly on the beach. Enjoy your private vacation at this oceanfront four bedroom, six bathroom (four full, 2 half bath), three story home. This home was the very first home built in historic American Beach. It has been fully renovated as of spring 2021.
We invite you to begin the day enjoying the sunrise from the main floor ocean facing patio. This area is great for having coffee and breakfast and enjoying the morning ocean air. Also on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with white stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, island bar sink, double oven, and bar seating area. There is also a comfortable living room area and dining area to enjoy the company of friends and family over a home cooked meal. This main floor also has two bedrooms (queen size beds) each with their own full bathrooms with walk-in shower. Finally there's 1 additional 1/2 bath on the main level.
Upstairs we invite you to breathe in the Atlantic ocean air from the second level deck. You can relax in the upstairs living room area or enjoy the elevated balcony for the best views of the ocean and beach. You’ll also find a 1/2 guest bathroom. Finally, you can finish your day in the master bedroom which includes a private master bathroom with walk-in shower.
The lower level is great for those traveling in larger groups or with children. This lower floor has a separate living room area, bedroom, and full bathroom. The living room area also includes a sofa with a pull-out bed. The laundry room is located on this level.
This home is fully equipped to take care of all your needs. The home is newly renovated and decorating in traditional “beach house” style. The bathrooms are all tiled and roomy. The countertops are new stone with brushed steel accents. The TVs are equipped with Xfinity cable. High speed internet is available throughout the house.

Beautiful historical property, clean beach and an amazing home! Lots and lots of bathrooms. It was like being home . Everything you need is there. Beach tent, wagons ,chairs ,beach toys. Kitchen so well stocked. We had a low country crab boil and a huge pot and crab crackers were provided. An extra ice maker came in handy. The house was clean and stocked with lots of towels and linens. Extra large washer dryer was great for keeping our beach towels clean each day. The sun rises And sets were so beautiful. We had great weather all week. The only improvement I can offer is a better walk way to the beach. Some stones without holds to help little feet get back and forth. We had a gopher turtle visit each day and bunny’s eating grass on the side of the house. That delighted my 3 year old grandson. It’s was a magical week and I thank you so much. We will book here again.

House was almost fine for our purposes. StairsMore than we counted on. House could use a fresh coat of pain inside. Disappointed inOutside area. No gas grill.Stayed four weeks and enjoyed view and beach.
