Excellent facilities, very comfortable. Welcome pack was lovely. It was really easy to find all the information we needed. We wished we had found this property for the rest of the time we were on the Island. Red squirrels love the garden and provides a lot of entertainment. Excellent location for walking into town and to dog park.
Gate in back garden could be a little securer - I have a dog that loves to open things. Due to the location and free street parking the locals all park there and the road becomes very busy.

The property was lovely. Furnishings & pictures in every room gave a welcoming homely touch. Colour co-ordination throughout was superb.
Seeing red squirrels in the garden was an absolute joy & was loved by all.
Just a short 10 minute walk down a slightly sloping tarmac path to the beach. There is a cafe by the sandy beach. Toilets are easily accessible too. Lovely level walks on sandy beach or concrete promenade to Seaview in one direction & Ryde in the other.
Soft mattress in king size bedroom overlooking the garden; a firmer mattress would have made the stay perfect.

Great property with lots of space and was spotlessly clean. Hosts were easy to get hold of and very quick to respond to any queries. Additional touches (bread, milk, etc) were a wonderful surprise and the info about activities in the local area was very welcome. We loved relaxing in the garden with our morning coffee watching the red squirrels.
Excellent location, only a 2 minute walk to a fabulous beach and other facilities within easy walking distance.
Hoping to return again in the future.
There was nothing we didn't like - a fantastic property!
